Today, my five year old woke up insisting on us baking a cake together. My usual response is ‘depends if we have the ingredients, darling’. The beauty of this cake recipe is that the ingredients are usually our cupboard staples, so we almost always have them.
This easy victoria sponge recipe is a solid favourite in our house. It is quick and easy and believe me when I say it is super moist and delicious.
